Our Company
Lindisfarne Timber Frame Limited is an established family company based in Northumberland. We specialise in the manufacture, supply and on site erection of timber framed structures tailored to clients' individual requirements.
We have many years of experience of construction techniques and surveying / estimating knowledge within the timber frame and construction industries, and have undertaken projects for architects, main contractors and private individuals all over the UK.
What we do
We supply and erect timber frames for projects throughout Northumberland, Durham, Tyne and Wear, North Yorkshire, Cleveland and Berwickshire.

Iain has over 25 years experience as a quantity surveyor/estimator for main contractors, sub contractors and QS practices, he has also lectured at Northumberland College on the foundation degree course (Construction Inspection/Control)
Geoff Singer
Senior Craftsman
Geoff has over 50 years' experience as a joiner, 30 of which were within the timber frame industry.
